Privacy-first public website

This website is designed as a static-first public site. The site code does not create user accounts, set marketing cookies, run advertising trackers, or collect payment information.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is active for aggregate page-view and performance measurement. It does not use cookies or localStorage on this site, and AetherVortex does not use it to build persistent visitor profiles.

The site's first-party conversion collector counts clicks on the main action links (latest release, products, Google Play, Microsoft Store, GPT and email links), grouped into nine event types. It sends only the event name, current route, and page language to /api/conversion, where they are added to a UTC daily aggregate. The collector does not set cookies, use localStorage or sessionStorage, create a visitor ID, or store IP addresses, user agents, referrers, destination URLs, link text, or email addresses. Daily totals older than 90 days are deleted.

Basic technical request data may be processed by hosting, browser, network, or security infrastructure in the ordinary operation of a public website.

If you contact AetherVortex by email, the information you send may be used to read, route, and respond to that enquiry. Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the request.

The site links to external music platforms, social platforms, Google Play, and product destinations. Those services may process data under their own policies and technical systems.

AirSignal is maintained as a separate product destination. Product-specific privacy information should be reviewed on the AirSignal product surface and its Google Play listing.

AetherVortex Player has a dedicated public privacy policy for Android release review and product-specific disclosure.

AetherVortex - DEQ Control has its own privacy policy: the Windows app collects no personal data, has no account and does not connect to the internet.

Discogs Explorer Pro has a dedicated privacy policy for its ChatGPT action and Discogs-powered research workflow.

AetherVortex products should remain lightweight, direct, and respectful of the user. Public product positioning should avoid intrusive advertising language, unnecessary tracking claims, and exploitative engagement patterns.
