Why it helps
For the music you actually own.
Music you bought as files
WAV or FLAC from a download store, your CD archive, your own productions: play them on your phone with no ads, no subscription and no account. FLAC, WAV and ALAC play alongside MP3, M4A/AAC, OGG and OPUS.
Even volume between tracks
Level Match uses loudness analysis and ReplayGain tags to help keep the volume steady from track to track, so a quiet master is not followed by a sudden loud one.
No connection needed
Your library stays on your phone and plays on a flight, underground or anywhere without signal. Each track shows its real format, bit depth and sample rate.

Good to know
It plays files already on your phone; it does not stream.
Online lyric search is optional and runs only when you ask; it sends just the track title and artist.
Headphone EQ profiles are community and measurement based, not manufacturer calibrations.
